Tanya Lee, Manager of EvansCare, will discuss your control room environment and how the different factors within can affect your operators. She will touch on lighting, acoustics, ergonomics, and the conditions that can impact health and productivity. We hope to see you at this informative session!

"PTSD? Not My Problem (You're Right But Who Is It Impacting?)"
This session will discuss the all important topic of PTSD and how it impacts your family, friends, and even your coworkers. We will talk about my personal story with PTSD and what I have learned and the tools I have that can help you navigate through the waters of taking care of yourself!
