I want to send my sincerest thanks to Evans for the amazing work over the last year helping prepare and plan the remodeling project for the Nicollet County Sheriff’s Office 911 Dispatch Center. Chelsea Kimbrough took the time to sit down and ask me FIRST what I wanted and needed in my center rather than showing me brochures of cookie-cutter products. I truly think that if not for the hard work, innovative ideas and overall customer care throughout this process we would not have this high caliber setup that we currently have now.

Working with Evans was a dream. They saw my vision for the center and enabled us to accomplish exactly what we needed for the ‘people in the seat’. They shared my view that a control room needs to focus on the operators and the entire Evans team, helped us design and build an ergonomic workspace just for them. Evans presented us with innovative solutions when we ran into problems and helped us implement them into our new E-911 center. I highly recommend them to anyone building or redesigning their control room.

We are extremely happy with the professional control room design and install from the Evans team. The main challenge was that we were bound by the area of the building, Evans came in with the solutions we needed and the entire team excelled beyond expectations. The consoles were installed on a weekend so as not to interfere with our day-to-day activities and were ready to operate by our December 1st deadline. We are very happy with the successful installation and are very proud to show off our control room with our new consoles coupled with our new technology setup. It’s just a whole different environment and we love it.

We hired the EvansCare team to clean our control room and oh my gosh they did a great job! They called beforehand to tell me they were on the way, both Kevin and Cody were very friendly. They did an AWESOME job. No disruptions whatsoever and they made the department look like new again. The entire process from the quote to the project wrap-up was seamless.
