Here we grow again! Evans has added to our world class showrooms designed to let you explore leading the technology available in mission-critical operations.

In partnership with Planar and Extron we are excited to announced the grand opening of the Emerging Technology Center in Tampa, Florida. This 5,500 foot facility showcases the latest in Evans consoles, like our flagship Response NextGen, along with integrated technologies in this state of the art showroom.

ETC Raffle Tickets Supporting the AFCEA

The ETC Grand Opening Event includes raffles throughout the day, with proceeds benefiting the Central Florida Chapter of AFCEA International. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase onsite.

AFCEA is a non-profit organization that provides a forum for technology collaboration for military, government and industry communities.

Evans ETC Event Schedule: Tours & Presentations

The Emerging Technology Center (ETC) grand opening event will feature the latest in control room solutions from Evans and our partners C3EL, Extron and Planar. Join us at this exclusive event, take a tour of this one-of-a-kind facility, meet with the ETC partners and enjoy a happy hour networking event.

Open House: the event is scheduled from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM where you can view the latest in control room technology and meet with local teams from Evans and ETC partners.
Hourly Facility Tours: join us for a quick tour of the facility (every hour starting at 15 minutes past the hour). The hosted tours showcases the wide range of control room applications in the 5,500 square foot technology center.
Control Room Presentations: Time(s): 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM & 3:00 PM. Learn about Evans control room solutions and more from our ETC partners. Choose your presentation time for an overview of technology advancements in each respective specialty (Evans, C3EL, Extron and Planar).
Happy Hour & Networking: Quite possibly the time you have been waiting for, join the ETC partners for some networking time plus complimentary appetizers, beer and wine.

ETC Event Safety Measures

The safety and wellbeing of attendees and staff is our top priority. This event will follow the recommendations and guidelines issued by the CDC and WHO, as well as those issued by state and local officials. We will adopt and change plans as recommendations become available.

Measures we are implementing during the event include:

Surface disinfection application
Hand sanitizer stations throughout facility
Masks available onsite or bring your own
